You can set up multiple properties, add different rooms/units within those properties, and assign unique tenants to each. Filter options on the **Dashboard** make it easy to view stats for individual properties or the entire portfolio.

Go to the **Maintenance** tab and click **New Request**. Enter a clear description of the issue, select the property or unit affected, set a priority level (e.g. Low, Medium, High, Emergency), and upload any photos of the issue. You can track progress directly in-app.

Yes. Every maintenance ticket includes status updates such as **Requested**, **In Progress**, and **Completed**. You can update the status manually as repairs progress, or assign third-party service contractors to coordinate the resolving actions.

All documents are stored securely using local storage on your device. By default, documents are backed up to Apple's **iCloud Storage** (if iCloud backups are enabled on your iPhone), ensuring you don't lose key papers when switching devices.

Currently, EstateIntel operates as a centralized record dashboard where you can upload pre-signed PDFs of leases for easy tracking. Real-time digital signing of documents in the app is planned as an upcoming feature update.

No. Privacy is our top priority. EstateIntel uses a localized data model (SwiftData/CoreData) where all tenant profiles, lease values, and maintenance logs reside solely on your device. Syncing is completed through your personal iCloud container, and your data is never accessible to us or third-party brokers.

Once allowed, EstateIntel sends push notifications to remind you of upcoming lease renewals, pending rent payments, overdue tenant balances, and contractor status updates on outstanding maintenance issues. You can toggle notification settings inside the System Settings on your device.
